When Exer needed a new web presence to match the state-of-the-art care they provide, I worked closely with the internal teams and developer to make the launch a success.

I was brought in by the head of branding for the last stage of the website’s redesign and launch. During the four-month period I liaised with the external website developers, and Exer’s internal cross-functional teams to ensure on-point branding, technical functionality, UX/UI, and compliance. Services included coordination, document and asset management, optimizing healthcare messaging and visuals, integration of SaaS apps (appointment scheduling, interactive map of clinic locations, patient portal, recruitment portal, and virtual care), beta testing, and guidance for terms of use and HIPAA compliance. Result: New and improved patient experience, with upgraded functionality that met Exer’s strategic goals.
